Our gas smokers work with natural gas or LPG and have a combustion chamber that can hold 1-3 firewood logs for your smoke profile. Without adding wood, smokers can also be used as versatile cooking ovens. The SRG-400 has stationary product racks, while all other models have a rotisserie system.
